Revel Hat Co does not offer refunds.
Because we mostly sell products meant for infants and toddlers we must be EXTREMELY careful with returned merchandise. As a result, we can not resell any products that have been returned to us, as we can’t account for what they may or may not have been exposed to. We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens, etc.
As a result, we do not offer refunds for purchased product.
However, if a product is returned to our warehouse, within 15 days of receiving it, and with the original packing slip, you will be provided 100% store credit for that product. Once the package is received you will be given store credit through the email address that was used for the purchase.
You may also opt for an exchange of size rather than store credit, if you are returning due to fit.
