Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please refer to your tracking information regarding shipping updates.

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will also receive an email once your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You can get updates on your order by going to usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number.

You will also receive an email once your package has been delivered.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

We Currently are unable to ship internationally. We hope to change this soon!

Shipping rates are based upon the weight of your products ordered + the box weight they are shipped in. Everything will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Expect to pay a base rate of $4.90 for the lightest boxes and $4.90+(dependent on package weight) for larger orders. The heavier the box—the larger the shipping costs will be. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for exchanges, returns, shipping to incorrect entered address, etc.

Revel Hat Co. will ship your order to the address that is placed within the address menu at checkout. Please verify the address you enter is correct.

If you have placed an order and notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please email us at revelhatco@gmail.com with the subject line ”INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.” Please provide your order number and updated shipping address in that email. Please send this email as soon as you notice the error.

If received prior to shipping we will make every effort to correct the address but cannot guarantee this change once the shipping process has been initiated. You may contact USPS for help redirecting your package.

If an incorrect address is entered Revel Hat Co is not responsible for the loss.

Refunds for the product or shipping costs purchased are not available for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
